What are the pickup points for the tours?

We collect our clients from hotels, train stations or other meeting points if required.

If you are traveling by train to and from London on the day, we recommend taking a train from London Paddington to Moreton in Marsh station (for a North Cotswolds tour), or London Paddington to Kemble or Chippenham for a South Cotswolds tour.

Our chauffeur service also provides the option to be transferred from most UK airports, or city centres.

Can we choose where we would like to visit?

Our luxury tours are bespoke and are tailored to your requirements. We will happily suggest an itinerary and give advice on travel times so that you get the most from your day.

How do I make a booking?

You can complete the booking form, email us or give us a call. Alternatively, ask the hotel you are visiting to make a reservation on your behalf.

Once we have confirmed the details a booking conformation is sent together with a link with which to make payment.

How do I pay for the tour?

Payment is usually taken at the time of booking. If you prefer, you can pay a 25% deposit and the balance 30 days prior. Payments can be done by BACS or credit/debit card

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you have to cancel your tour for any reason we will happily refund 100% of the total paid up to 30 days before your tour. If you cancel between 30 days and 7 days, then 50% will be payable. Tours with less than a week’s notice of cancellation, no amount is refundable/transferable.

What are the times of the tour?

We usually start a tour at 09.30 but you can request a time to suit yourself. The tours last for between 6 and 8 hours. Additional time can be requested if required. (Additional hours are charged at £75 per hour).

What is not included in the tour cost?

We do not include the cost of entry to an attraction or food and drink at a lunch stop.

Driver gratuities are entirely at the guests discretion.

Can you arrange entrance tickets to locations if require?

Yes, we can prebook certain attractions such as Stonehenge, Shakespear’s birthplace or the Roman Baths, on your behalf. Indeed, we recommend you do book early as some do get busy. Most other places of interest allow you to pay upon arrival

Can you recommend somewhere for a lunch stop?

We will be pleased to advise you on a range of amazing restaurants, cafes or farm shops enroute.

Are the tours suitable for children?

If you can advise the age of the children when booking, we can suggest some attractions or experiences that the whole family will enjoy.

I have mobility issues, can you help?

Please inform us of your mobility requirements at the time of booking. We will advise if there are any accessibility restrictions in your itinerary. Our drivers are happy assist and will ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Is insurance included?

Our vehicles and drivers have comprehensive insurance coverage, and we hold public liability insurance. We do not, however, cover your own personal travel insurance.

We strongly suggest that you acquire adequate travel insurance. And that it fully covers all your personal requirements including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, medical expenses and repatriation in the event of an accident or illness.
